Soft cover. Condition: Very Good. 1st Edition. This charming Tin Pan Alley original captures the sentimental, melodic style of the 1920s with piano and vocal arrangements suitable for duets, trios, quartets, and violin/cello obbligato. The cover showcases a serene rural scene in a soft palette, emblematic of the period's sheet music illustration style, though no individual cover artist is credited. The sheet music is in Very Good condition with minor edge wear, including a few small closed tears on the middle page that do not affect the musical notation. There are a few pencil chord annotations present, which add provenance and a tangible connection to past performers. Overall, this is a well-preserved, visually appealing example of early 20th-century popular music publication. B. G. De Sylva (1891-1959) was a prolific lyricist and Broadway producer, known for his work on early 20th-century American popular songs. Larry Spier (1887-1953) and Con Conrad (1891-1938) were key Tin Pan Alley composers, contributing enduring melodies to the American songbook, with Conrad also known for co-writing the hit Margie.
