in-4. 12 dessins à l'encre et à la gouache accompagnés d'un poème manuscrit et contrecollés sur des feuillets de carton fort. Demi-chagrin havane, dos à nerfs orné (reliure de l'époque). Charmant manuscrit original du poète Henri Spilment qui venait de faire paraître son seul ouvrage publié ("Premiers Pas: poésies" Paris, Dentu, 1878). L'auteur a écrit les poèmes à l'encre bleue et sa soeur Marie Spilment les a illustrés de délicieuses compositions florales à l'encre brune et à la gouache. Le volume fut offert à leur tante, selon un envoi de l'auteur partiellement coupé en tête du premier feuillet. Bel exemplaire.
