Das sekundäre Ziel ist der Vergleich der Wirkungsweise der achtsamkeitsbasierten kognitiven Therapie mit der Wirkung der Kontrollbedingungen in Hinsicht auf die genannten Wirkmechanismen.Der Schwerpunkt liegt auf der Untersuchung von Studien und Reviews, die diese Wirkmechanismen im Zusammenhang mit der achtsamkeitsbasierten kognitiven Therapie bei der Behandlung von Personen untersucht und bewertet haben, die an einer rezidivierenden Depression erkrankt sind.
