Le but de ce travail était ainsi d¿évaluer l¿existence d¿une interaction potentielle. b) Résumé du contenu: 185 patients dont 120 femmes et 65 hommes ont été inclus. Les INR suivant l¿introduction de la FQ étaient significativement plus élevés que l¿INR initial. L¿INR s¿abaissait chez 16 % des patients, restait similaire chez 46 % et augmentait dans 38 % des cas. La ciprofloxacine induisait une diminution d¿INR dans 32% des cas, alors que l¿ofloxacine et la levofloxacine augmentaient l¿INR chez 42% des patients. En analyse multivariée, seul le type de FQ et l¿existence de médicaments associés modificateurs enzymatiques restaient significativement associés à la modification d¿INR. Conclusion: Les FQ peuvent modifier significativement l¿INR. Les résultats obtenus suggèrent une vérification plus fréquente de l¿INR dans les jours suivants l¿introduction de FQ.
