Add to basketCondition: Very Good -. 1 printed and handwritten mortgage (36 x 22 cm.), 4 pages, folded. Printed by York Daily and Weekly Blanks. On 20 July 1901, Albert D. Elsesser and Sarah Elsesser, his wife, of York, Pa., mortgaged to John F. Zimmerman, of the same place, for $1,000 a lot with a 2-story frame house with a mansard roof and… a 2-story back building, on the south side of Walnut St. in York, Pa. This is #26 in a plot recently laid out by H. Latimer Small and Kate R. Small, his wife. Signed by Albert D. Elsesser (1867-1950), Sarah Elsesser, Alderman Jacob Stager, with his embossed stamp, and York County Recorder of Deeds H. F. Bowman, with his embossed stamp. In Very Good- Condition: outer part of 4th page stained; otherwise, clean and solid.
