First Edition
Hardcover. Condition: Near Fine. 1st Edition. First Edition (NAP). To state the obvious, when something is singularly unique there is nothing else like it. This book is singularly unique in the sense that there is no other copy for sale anywhere on the Internet. It is a novel. I haven't read it so I can't tell you anything about the story. It appears to be about events that occur around a ranch. Scrolling through, I saw a reference to a shooting, also to the kidnapping, and to a sheriff. There's a good deal of dialogue. There are 150 pages. What I know more about is the condition of the book. And, happily, it is excellent. You can see the photographs I've provided. The covers have little wear, a bit of scuffing. The lettering on the front and the spine is still quite bright, and the book is quite square and straight and tight. In other words, it is very solidly bound. The pages are in excellent condition as well. There is a small spot at the bottom of the first page of chapter 1. There is also a very thin crease off the bottom edge on that same page. So I decided to turn over every page in the book to see how much soiling and creasing there was. And, lo and behold, I didn't find one other instance of soiling or creasing. The pages in this book are in great condition. I should mention that there's a little bit of dust soiling on the top page edge, but importantly it doesn't make its way onto the actual pages. Other things to know: no one has written their name or anything else anywhere in the book, and there aren't any markings or attachments. And that's the whole condition story.
