First Edition,4to.pp.758 including hundreds of black & white photographs, diagram, illustrations and tables. Red cloth hardcover, some fading to spine and patches of discolouration on boards else good. A very good work internally. This is a work of interest to industrial designers, interior designers but also to a certain extent an interesting work for graphic and typographic designers, a large and expansive work full of vintage detail and style. An interesting work for people interested in the style of the 1950s.
