Grande raffigurazione topografica dei dintorni di Londra e dettagliata raffigurazione planimetrica della cittą. Grazie alla scala grafica utilizzata da Davies il disegno della cittą risulta attento e dettagliato. Si trovano indicate le linee ferroviarie in funzione e soprattutto quelle in costruzione. L'incisione si presenta applicata su tela a stacchi e conservata nella sua legatura editoriale coeva con il titolo impresso in oro a secco al piatto anteriore. Vivace coloritura coeva all'acquerello.
