First Edition. Dated Wednesday, June 21, 1944, this is a 20-page World War II-era program of the Provincial Grand Lodge of Kent Annual Festival in the Grand Temple, Freemason's Hall, London. Autographed on the front cover by Lord [Wykeham Stanley] Cornwallis (Grand Master); William Frederick Blay (Deputy Grand Master); Capt. Arthur Halsey (Assistant Grand Master); Sir Frank Newson-Smith (Lord Mayor of London); and another unidentified person. The Cornwallis family were closely associated with Freemasonry in Kent. With a separate numbered invitation to the event, made out to Lt. Spinney (USNR). A unique masonry item! Very Good (little edgewear, two creases invitation). Small 8vo., printed wraps; 20 pages. Signed.
