Stanley Murphy (1875 - 1919) was an Irish-American lyricist known for his work on popular early 20th-century songs, often collaborating with composers like Henry I. Marshall. Among their well-known collaborations is "Be My Little Baby Bumble Bee" (1912). Henry I. Marshall (1883 - 1958), an American composer, worked extensively in vaudeville and Broadway. Together, they wrote "Mandy Ain't You Coming Out To-Night" which falls within the vaudeville's love-song style, popular in the early 20th century.
