Exterior shows scuffing and handling wear as well as loss to the color with the rear board being the most prominent. Edge and corner bumps/wear also noted. Internal binding is good, no hinge issues. Paper is toned due to age and there is some very light spotting and foxing present. Front pastedown contains a brief gift inscription in the front end page shows a very faint indication of a price once penciled in the corner. Couple pages had some minor corner creases but overall, pages are clean. First edition with the "(1)" appearing on the last text page in the single date of August 1902 appearing on the copyright page.
