Lawrence (whose pencilled signature is on the upper free endpaper of Volume III of the Birds volumes) in December 1902, by members of a committee formed to organise a series of lectures associated with the University of the Cape of Good Hope. Names of the Committee Members and Lecturers are included on the sheet.
