Diese Kalender wurden meist in zugeschweißten Klarsichthüllen, denen oft kleine in englischer Sprache bedruckte Zettel mit der Anleitung beigelegt wurden, ausgeliefert. Bei einigen Kalendern wurde diese Beschreibung auch direkt auf die Rückseite gedruckt.
