The publication conveys the technical and architectural basics cafeterias and kitchens of commercial companies. Profusely illustrated with professional b/w photographs providing detailed descriptions of the interiors of cafeterias and kitchens, including floor plans and architectural drawings. Part three covers the facilities for self-catering of the workers with many photographs and individual images of workers in all aspects of their labor. Text in German.
