Après une analyse qualitative des ressources d'information (données financières, documents et déclarations officiels, recherches et commentaires économiques), nous avons testé l'hypothèse d'une sous-estimation de la bulle des prix de l'immobilier dans les années 2000 à 2007 par les agences de prêts hypothécaires et le marché boursier américain.
