It appears the Senate is concerned with how Native American blankets and other cloth are br…ought into the United States, whether they are brought in illegally, and whether they were made in England. Steuart asserts the Native Americans bring the blankets into the US legally, and describes the various ports they are brought through. GOOD condition. Heavy chipping and tattering along the binding edge. Minor foxing and toning, with some creasing.
