Several family names listed in the table of contents. Burgundy cloth hardcover with title on the spine. Illustrated with fold outs and black and white pictures. Shelf wear and light fading to the cloth binding. This copy is limited to 150 copies and inscribed and signed by the compiler. This is copy #104. The author inscribed this copy to David Greene. Found inside this copy is a one page signed typed letter from the compiler to David Greene dated 1983.
