In avoiding what Wittgenstein characterises as 'void and unfair' generalisations, his philosophy seems very well suited to the study of popular mass art, mass media and popular subcultures.The essays outline the methodological framework of Wittgensteinian approaches to philosophy and conceptual analysis.
