Attractively bound in contemporary rolled pigskin, darkened, corners worn, hinges rubbed, one clasp remaining, old library marks and a pocket at rear. 3 volumes bound in 1, two by Corner and the final by Strigel. The third book with a binding error omitting pages 155 and 156 and 197/98 (the latter possibly meant to be blank), first with a stain to the title page, otherwise quite clean internally. All three are quite scarce and none are in Adams. Title page vignette shows Christ on the cross surrounded by supernatural creatures. (xxii), 389, (5); (xiv), 135, (5); (viii), 281 (155/6 and 197/8 blank, the latter intentionally?), (22). 6" x 4". Size: duodecimo (12mo). Previous owner's inscription in ink, neat.
