Front cover has a small tear to the lower end. Rear cover has a small hole. ; Approx. 3 1/2" wide by 5 1/2". This copy distributed by "The Children's Store" A Starr Best, Madison, Wabash, Chicago. Designed to be sent through the mail, although this was not done. ; 16 pages.
