This series followed the succes of 'Vogage Pittoresque .', published in 1825. Plates by Madou, Kreins, De Pellaert, Pringret, General von der Howen, A. de Marbaix, Lemaitre. One also finds this series bound in 2 volumes, probably at a later date as the printing history of bound volumes is unclear and the plates probably only appeared in installments.
