Ex library with a bookplate and a perf on title page. 16 pages text 4 pages intros and 4 pages of plate lists. 110 plates of towers in Europe. Plates have a small name on rear but have no foxing or stains and are tight. 19 by 13 inches.

4°, Hardcover. Condition: Befriedigend. wohl 1. Auflage. ca 75 unpaginierte Seiten im Großformat, mit zahlreichen s/w Illustrationen / Tafeln Einband mit Gebrauchsspuren, beschabt. Schnitt leicht fleckig, wellig. Ecken und Kanten bestoßen oder berieben. Rücken beschädigt und offen, Vorderer und hinterer Deckel lose, Fadenbindung sichtbar. Seiten teilweise randlädiert und altersbedingt nachgedunkelt. Einige Seiten lose inliegend. Buch hat einen leichten Keller-, oder Lagergeruch. Für die Zeit ein beschädigtes aber dennoch aklzeptabel erhaltenes Exemplar. GROSS Sprache: Deutsch Gewicht in Gramm: 3501.

As initially published 1895. -- Text in GERMAN. This is a book of architectural drawings by Conrad Sutter of towers, generally grouped by style, and shown in comparison with two or more countries/cities, including Europe, Russia, Persia, China and more. There are 329 illustrations on 110 plates. Includes index/contents and bibliography. Forward by Fr. Schneider. -- Hardcover, large format 13x19 inches. Condition: very good overall (most all pages are bright and clean, but outer pages and a few others are foxed; spine lettering bright; printed cover is lightly worn; white-out paint on title-page obscuring ownership). -- Not available for international shipping.

Hardcover. Condition: Fair. Berlin, Verlag von Ernst Wasmuth. 1895. (8)+19+(5) pages +110 plates. Publisher's quarter-cloth, 48x33 cm. The boards are rubbed with scratch marks, stains and missing pieces on the mounted paper. Slight foxing in the beginning of the book. Minor stains in the outer margin of the last 10 plates (as shown on the third picture), otherwise the plates are clean and in good condition.
