A relatively obscure academic, Swartz helped found THE KENYON REVIEW, had several faculty appointments long after leaving South Hadley in 1934, and already enjoyed the publication of two books of her poetry by Harper and Brothers (1926 & 1932). This item, uncommon and ephemeral.
