Así, este libro centra la atención en la cuestión de las condiciones imperantes y las circunstancias necesarias en las que los estudios culturales y los hallazgos socio-científicos pueden influir, de forma efectiva y constructiva, en los procesos de desarrollo social. . Para prestar atención a las dimensiones hasta ahora descuidadas de la cultura material y del entorno ecológico, así como de la tecnología, se da preferencia a una comprensión antropológica amplia. Sin embargo, este enfoque no debe quedarse en lo meramente descriptivo, sino que debe ser capaz, más que nunca, de abordar cuestiones sobre la formabilidad de la práctica humana orientada al hallazgo de soluciones. Esto requiere una teoría social que sea capaz de participar de manera interdisciplinar en un tratamiento integrador de la sociedad moderna. Pero que, al mismo tiempo, sea capaz de desarrollar una perspectiva crítica que apunte más allá del horizonte de lo existente. LIBRO.
