Pages yellowed due to aging. Some loose pages and plates at the end. Foxing on plates. Otherwise in very good condition.

TAFFERNER, Bela. Szin és Szinharmónia. [Colour and Harmony.] 235 pp., illustrated with 6 colour plates. 8vo, 230 x 145 mm., publisher's cloth. Budapest: Markus, 1885. A rare work on colour theory by the Hungarian artist and academic Bela Tafferner. Some browning and pencil underling to the text, but nevertheless a sound copy. OCLC lists only NYPL worldwide.
