Beneath this is the signature of Heather Tanner. Book: painted boards held by green morocco yokes to the head and foot of the spine. The remaini…ng section of the spine is exposed. Five green morocco bands cross the covers and spine, ending in eyelets on either side. The binding fits into a open wooden frame with metal brackets at the joints and lined in suede. Slight rubbing to edges of the boards where the book slides in and out of the frame. Small scratch to the rear board. Faces of page block painted to match the boards. Pictorial pastedowns of a winding road bordered by trees. Brown suede first and final endapers. An attractive selection of sketches in B&W with accompanying notes/ poetic/prose fragments etc. Further details available on request.
