This groundbreaking book developed by the TCK Care Accreditation Board presents the comprehensive Standards of Care framework-drawing on the collective wisdom of dozens of experienced TCK professionals from organizations of all sizes. For the first time, organizations have clear benchmarks for the quality of care they should provide to TCK families. If you're seeking to enhance your organization's approach to TCK care, this essential guide will illuminate your path forward. Written by leading experts in the field, the book examines 16 fundamental categories of quality care, offering deep insights into the reasoning and importance behind each standard. When parents encounter these standards, many respond, "I didn't know I was allowed to want this level of care for my family." Setting the Standard marks a turning point in TCK care, making it clear that the era of inadequate support must end. The time has come for organizations to recognize Third Culture Kids as valuable constituents deserving of intentional, exceptional care. This item is printed on demand.
