I couldn't find another copy of this catalogue for sale anywhere on the Internet. It runs 32 pages. It was created with a silver folder at the bottom of the rear inside cover containing a large postcard-size example of his painting. It's titled Island Light. I have provided a photograph. On the rear side it states 'Original Serigraph, Image size 15" x 20", 1991.' It's in excellent shape. The first page tells us that the artist was born in Yugoslavia in 1938, came to the United States in 1950, grew up in Philadelphia and in 1962 moved to New York City. He began painting in the early 1970s. He had his first public exhibition at a gallery in East Hampton, New York where he settled beginning in 1984. In 1983 two of his paintings were included in a book on American Folk Art and his first serigraph, "On Church Street" was published. As a result his artwork gained a national audience. You can see silver-colored covers in the photos. They're very clean. There are no tears. There's some crinkling on the rear cover. The binding is a stapled one. It's very solid. There are no binding issues. The interior of the book is in good shape. All the pages are exceptionally clean. I'm not finding any soiling. There are no markings. And no one has written their name or anything else anywhere. The only imperfection is some crinkling off the top corner of the pages. There are no turned-down corners or placeholder creases. All of the paintings are in color and all are in very good shape.…
