Major General Rienzi is telling Colonel Jenkins that this book would be helpful after reviewing the Communications-Electronics history of the Vietnamese War. In addition, there is a book plate pasted into the front end paper signed by Major General Rienzi. Book itself is slightly faded with some foxing on the page edges; otherwise the book is pristine.
