Stiff decorative boards on quarter inch black plastic coated wire spiral binding in the tabbed flipchart format 8.5 x 8.5"; from a design perspective alone (interlaced decorative text strips inserted, flipchart tabs, abundant artwork) this is an impressive end product. Focus is bagels on everything and Mexican dishes, but no lack of other ventures, everything about this book screams Northwest hippies.
