(Lacks title page; lower corner of last leaf torn out and repaired with a piece of paper, with loss of one or two words beneath the staff on the recto side, and partly covering the publishers address on the other side; otherwise internally in fine condition). * This copy without a title page. A few known almost similar copies (Koninklijke Bibliotheek The Hague & Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam) have a title page bearing above title. Most parts have a publisher's address on the last page (Beekman or Van Tetroode, both on the same address). Alsmost loose after 3 pages but still bound.[NL] A.J. van Tetroode, ook wel Toon Tetteroo of Tetterode genoemd, was een liefhebber van Koning Willem II en richtte ook een jaar na de dood van Willem II in zijn boekhandel een museum voor hem in: Museum Willem Twee. Hij was een boeken-, kunst- en muziekhandelaar. Van het grote museum Willem II is op zijn sterfdag niets meer over dan een kruiwagen met spulletjes die op een zolder aan de Hekkelaan 9 in Den Haag staan uitgestald. .
