None Stated. 494 pp, some color illustrations and many in b/w, the book and contents are tight, the front inside hinge is lightly cracked, there is a name and date from 1879 written on the front free endpaper, the pages are clean with very light foxing, some of the page edges are rough, the covers are tight and have color fading and flecking on the rear and a very small spot on the front top, the front cover has a nicely gilded title and several illustrated people, there is black embossing in the background, the spine has a 1" x 1.25" chip missing, the spine, corners and edges are heavily worn, the book is solid and usable.
