Condition: Good. 1928. Fourth Edition. 124 pages. No dust jacket. Brown cloth. Clean pages with mild tanning and visible foxing throughout. Tightly bound with faint thumb-marking throughout. Previous owner's inscription to front pastedown and endpaper. Mild thumb-marking present. Boards have light edgewear with corner crushing and notable marking to boards. Mild tanning to board edges and spine, which has mild crushing to ends. Notable holes to rear board due to insect damage.

A collection of typical questions in the various items of a Midshipman's Seamanship Examination. 1267 potential queries, many with answers (written or drawings) pencilled by G. F. E. Knox, the previous owner. An insight into the knowledge expected of a young officer.
