A notice on the title-pages states that the diary was 'Printed and published for export in July, and for home use 1st October, 1865.' The appendix noted above includes an addenda and corrigenda to the 1st October, 1865, and also Fairs, markets, and fast days in Scotland, &c. There is also a tipped-in leaf, printed in yellow paper, of information for advertisers and agents.
