Bottom of flyleaf torn away at front, tea-stained at bottom rear. Page-edges darkened, margins slight yellowed. Text is clean & sound. Looks mid-late Victorian.

Thumb-marking present. Brown staining to pages throughout. Visible creasing to gutter. Cracking to hinges and gutters, leaving netting exposed. Boards have moderate edge-wear with bumping to corners and rubbing to surfaces. Visible sunning to spine and edges. Noticeable marks and scratches overall. Some peeling leather to spine and corners.
