Pp 180; colour frontis. plate and 8 others; 6 plates are still bound in and in fine condition; two are loose [one with considerable edgewear but all outside the frame]; also many b/w illustrations in black and tint and drawings in the text; previous owner's name etc in pencil on blank endpaper; title page loose but in good order. Although the book appears at first sight to be shabby, all contents are clean with good illustration and a little restoration work would do wonders to this scarce publication.
