Hardcover. 108p., glossy art-book style with great production qualities, designed by First Light Studios in Vermont and printed by Edition One Books in Berkeley, limited to a run of 500 copies (find space for a numeral, unused). A slender, crisp quarto measuring 12x9 inches, hardbound in openweave black cloth boards gilt, decorated with an onlaid color photo. We see no flaw: item is perfectly sound, clean and unmarked in any way. "Plans for [the garden's] creation were inspired by [the grandparents'] 1921 trip to China [and also by] temple landscapes in Japan and Korea" - per author's introduction, p.7.
