Vintage reference photograph of actor Fernando Lamas promoting the 1982-1983 television series. With mimeo snipe on the verso advertising the shows broadcast on Tuesday nights. Actor Fernando Lamas was originally cast in the series until he withdrew after filming only a few episodes due to his illness that ended his life in 1982. He was replaced by actor Patrick Macnee. The series followed a former CIA agent turned oceanographer who consistently is visited by people from his past as a spy asking him for help. Shot on location in St. Thomas, US Virgin Islands. 7 x 9 inches. Fine.

Draft script for an unproduced episode of the 1982-83 NBC television series. Script with manuscript ink annotations calling out an action sequence on one page. Created by Tom Mankiewicz, the series starred Robert Urich as former CIA agent Robert Gavilan who now works for the Oceanographic Institute, and occasionally finds himself in need of his espionage skills to help friends and allies. The series premiered on October 26, 1982 and aired for one season of ten episodes, ending on March 18, 1983. In the unproduced episode found here, a group of Mexican children alert Gavilan to a body in a canal with what appears to be stab wounds from an ice pick. Gray titled wrappers. Title page present with credits for screenwriter Bob Stabler. 47 leaves, with last page of text numbered 46. Mimeograph duplication, rectos only, with blue undated revision pages throughout.
