Este libro recoge su proceso de recuperación, un pequeño estudio sobre dicho carnaval indicando sus características fundamentales, dentro del contexto del carnaval pirenaico, y se complementa con una propuesta de fijación del texto del romance junto a un breve estudio lingüístico. Se cierra con un anexo en el que reproducimos varios textos populares y un magnífico reportaje fotográfico a todo color.
