La carta K3 erroneamente segnata K2. Fregio-vignetta xilogr. al front.… Al verso d. 1ª sguardia, antica scritta a penna "appartenente alla Biblioteca" senza ulteriori precisazioni. Distinta veste tipografica con mirabile corsivo al "Preliminare"TONSO, fecondo e facondo predicatore in Piemonte e Lombardia, segretario di Vittorio Amedeo III, cui è devoto e che esalta con alati accenti erievocazioni come difensore del popolo; scrisse poi, tra l'altro "La democrazia smascherata ossia Paralello tra lo stato democratico e lo stato monarchico: orazione sacro-politica" e fu Vicario Generale del S. Uffizio di Alessandria. Qui tratta la "Sacerdotalis auctoritas, & Regalis potestas" da cui "principaliter mindus hic regitur". Rarissimo bel cimelio vercellese.
