"Instructions to the Jumper." "How to Pack the Triangle Parachute." The parachute was designed by Edward Lincoln Hoffman (1884-1970) who was a U.S. Army Air Service who created a team to develop the first modern parachute. "The Last Word in Parachutes"--by Hoffman. The parachute was "Perfected by the man who was presented the Collier Trophy in 1927 by President Coolidge for his parachute work." A VERY SCARCE SURVIVING BOOKLET.
