Dort schrieb er das erste Buch in slowenischer Sprache, veröffentlicht 1550 zu Schwäbisch Hall unter dem deutschen Titel Catechismus In der Windischenn Sprach. Catechismus beinhaltet damit auch das erste gedruckte musikalische Manuskript in slowenischer Sprache(Wikipedia). Bei unserem Exemplar handelt es sich um ein Faksimile dieser 1550 erschienenen Ausgabe. Mit einem slowenischen Begleittext von Mirko Rupel. In 1550, while a Protestant preacher in Rothenburg, Trubar wrote the first two books in Slovene, Catechismus and Abecedarium, which were then printed that year in Schwäbisch Hall by Peter Frentz.
