Signed and inscribed on the title page, "To Gael & Lew - with all my love - Sue", and then a unique hand-drawn illustration in green of a fountain pen writing "Sujo." Spiral bound softcover, stated first edition in very good condition. Clean and solid, with the spiral intact and… like new. Pages are clean and well bound in. 78 pp., black and white illustrations throughout, including a fold out map at rear that identifies the locations of the historic homes illustrated in the book. Hard to find piece of local interest. The author/artist passed away in 2020.
