Tanning and light occasional spotting within. Good overall.

Not paginated but 26 pages including title page. Illustrated throughout with a collection of verse about various household items that come to life in vibrant colours. Inscribed 'To Gordon Fendick Nov.10 1904 from Dr. Armand Routh'. [ Armand Routh M.D; F.R.C.P. was an obstetrician.] The cover is heavily rubbed at the corners with some light chipping. Inside the text is foxed throughout but spine is firm. Size 28.5 x 23.5 cm, [11½ x 9.25 inches].
