Aborre gli insegnamenti ornamentali alla moda, i romanzi corruttori e l'educazione monastica e bigotta, che vorrebbe veder sostituita da 'lavoro moralizzatore e sante cure domestiche', e critica il sistema del matrimonio d'interesse imperniato sulla dote."
