Add to basketSoft cover. Condition: Near Fine. 1st Edition. SIGNED by the author on the title page as follows: "With many thanks | again to Gail-- | Florence Tuttle." 12mo. 52p. Illustrated with black and white drawings as chapter heads by Lucy H. Doane. Stapled booklet in green wrappers with black letters on the front panel. Just touches of wear to the extremities, a bit of rust on the staples, corners mainly square and flat, all illustrations in fine condition, else fine with no internal markings. If we delay the testing of his intelligence another day, we are lost. Without a tabulation of his I.Q. he is lost. So, when I send you forth from my classes to take up your work on those first school days in September, I want you to be equipped with this thought: What lies in everyone of these thirty-one odd little heads before me?'" [p.9] This appears to be a novel about testing small children relative to their I.Q.s. Lucy H. Doane (illustrator).…
