    Hardcover. Condition: Very Good in poor dust jacket. First edition. Very good octavo hardcover in black binding in poor dust jacket. Bumping to the head and heel of the spine and some wear and rubbing along the edges of the boards. Dj has wear and rubbing along the edges with many tears and a few holes including one and half inch tear/hole on the spine. Work is printed on cheap quality wartime paper. Name of the previous owner on the front free endpaper. Previous owner was Wolfgang Stolper, the noted economist. 111 pages with 5 appendices.
