    Soft cover. Condition: Very Good. 1st Edition. First edition. Quarto, 21cm x 27.5cm, pp vi, 292 + three folding maps at rear. Staple bound in soft covers. Extensive typescript report following a joint technical assistance mission to Burma, at the request of the Government of the Union of Burma, to help the local government plan and formulate recommendations for the development of social services, social welfare, public health and medical care, labour welfare and social education. Internally the report is in clean condition, rear cover has pulled away from the staples and front cover is fragile and is chipped at the top corner. Grades Very Good Minus. An interesting and scarce report, marked 'Restricted' to the front.
