Hardcover. Condition: Fair. While this book's pagination suggests it has 184 pages or more it is difficult to be precsie about the precise pagination. What is clear is that between pages 1- 184, 14pp are lacking. The pages present are Pp. 1-10, 15-60, 63-94, 99-150, 153-180, 183-184, Lacking are pp.11-14, 61-62, 4pp of 6pp from pp 95-98, 151-152, 181-182. There is no title and no contents pages. At the beginning of the book on f.e.p.'s arepasted mss. song and verse. There is also 2 mss. songs towards rear. In addition 65pp from another publication(s?) have been interspersed throughout in apparent random fashion. Despite all this melange the book whichis essentially a book of words of songs has a charm and has been well used and obviously loved. Unfortunately we have no date, but would estimate it as circa 1880's/90's & perhaps even earlier. Contemporary calf spine with lightly faded gilt decoration & titled "Songs." Green cloth covers. Hinges broken. Marbled pastedowns and e.p's. Fair + overall Apparently quite rare.
