Scarce history and promotion of this country club. 18 holes in an exclusive resort area 100 miles north of New York City. Unusual booklet design. The upper and lower edges are cut at an angle and the decorations make it appear as it it has a proper spine and page count of a hardbound book. Very imaginative and difficult to produce. Two ring holes near spine else clean and bright covers and contents. Covers protected in mylar. Size: 12mo - over 6¾" - 7¾" tall.
